Upon enquiring you will also receive information on your Meet & Greet service and what the Welcome Pack includes.
We will be more than happy to answer any questions and 8 weeks prior to your departure we will supply you with details including directions, emergency contacts etc.

Safety & Accessibility
1) Accessibility - The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, the apartment it is not recommended for wheelchair users or persons who have difficulty with stairs. Please note that the bathrooms are not adapted for disabled guests.
2) We do not have facilities for babies, but we can arrange for the use of a cot and highchair at an additional cost (paid locally) if required.
3) Although we welcome families, you need to be aware that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and the complex has a pool. It is your responsibility to ensure that young children do not climb on the balcony walls and are supervised around the pool at all times. You also need to ensure that young children do not attempt to climb the spiral staircase without adult supervision
4) The entrance to the secure underground car park is quite narrow, ok for small/medium cars but please take care if you are hiring a large car, alternatively you can park outside the apartment on the ground opposite.
